With bolted,welded and horizontal types, silos are used in storing cement,fly ash,bentonite and other bulk materials.

Welded Silos
Welded silos are preferred in low capacities of storage, it can be assembled and operated in 2 hours with one crane. It is preferred in local solutions where transportation costs can be neglected. Semix is able to manufacture welded silos in a range between 50 to 150 tons.

Bolted Silos
Bolted silos are preferred due to its' compactness for transportation. It can be transported with containers for avoiding freight costs. Because of its modularity, Semix is able to manufacture welded silos in a range between 100 to 2000 tons. Semix provides a mechanical supervisor for assembling the bolted silo correctly. Semix have succeed to install bolted silos in Peru, Israel, Germany and United Kingdom.
În tipurile cu șuruburi, sudate și orizontale, Silozurile sunt utilizate pentru depozitarea cimentului, cenușii zburătoare, bentonitei și a altor materiale în vrac.


Silozuri Sudate
Silozurile sudate sunt preferate în capacități reduse de depozitare și pot fi instalate și operate în 2 ore cu o singură macara. Este preferat în soluțiile locale unde costurile de transport pot fi ignorate. Semix poate produce silozuri sudate intre 50 si 150 tone.

Silozuri Cu Șuruburi
Silozurile cu șuruburi, datorită caracteristicilor lor compacte sunt preferate pentru transport. Pot fi transportat cu containere pentru a evita costurile de transport. Datorită modularității sale, Semix poate produce silozuri sudate într-un interval de la 100 la 2000 de tone. Semix asigură o inspecție mecanică pentru montarea corectă a silozului cu șuruburi. Semix a reușit să instaleze silozuri cu șuruburi în Peru, Israel, Germania și Regatul Unit.
