Das Verpackungsprozess von DARFRESH verwendet speziell entwickelte Ober- und Unterfolien, um eine Vakuumverpackung zu schaffen, die sich wie eine zweite Haut um das Produkt legt. Die obere Schrumpffolie wird fest, aber sanft um jede Kontur des Produkts gewickelt, ohne es zu verformen. Die Unter- und Oberfolien werden dann bis zum Rand des Produkts zusammengeschweißt, um eine sichere und hygienische Verpackung zu schaffen. Das Ergebnis ist eine Hochvakuum-Schale, die eine lange Haltbarkeit garantiert, mit einer praktisch unsichtbaren Oberfolie, die sich wie eine zweite Haut um das Produkt legt und ihm ein natürliches Aussehen für maximale kommerzielle Attraktivität verleiht, mit einer vollständigen Oberflächenversiegelung, die eine Saftmigration verhindert und die Oberflächendekoration sicher hält.
Die Maschine wird mit 3 Werkzeugen geliefert:

The DARFRESH packaging process uses specially formulated top and bottom webs to create a vacuum skin consumer pack that fits around the product like a second skin. The top shrink web wraps itself firmly but gently around every contour of the product without distorting its shape. The bottom and top webs are then heat-sealed together right up to the product’s edges to produce a securely and hygienically sealed pack The result is a tray with a high vacuum that guarantees a long shelf life with a practically invisible top web that surrounds the product like a second skin, giving it a natural look for maximum merchandising appeal with total surface sealing that prevents juice migration and keeps surface decoration securely in place.

El proceso de envasado DARFRESH utiliza películas superiores e inferiores especialmente desarrolladas para crear un envase al vacío que se adhiere al producto como una segunda piel. El film retráctil superior envuelve firme pero suavemente cada contorno del producto sin distorsionar su forma. Las láminas inferior y superior se sellan juntas hasta el borde del producto para crear un envase seguro e higiénico. El resultado es una bandeja de alto vacío que garantiza una larga vida útil con una película superior prácticamente invisible que envuelve el producto como una segunda piel, dándole un aspecto natural para lograr el máximo atractivo comercial con un sellado completo de la superficie que evita la migración del jugo y mantiene las decoraciones de la superficie seguras.

Proces pakowania DARFRESH wykorzystuje specjalnie opracowane górne i dolne folie, aby stworzyć opakowanie próżniowe, które przylega do produktu jak druga skóra. Górna folia termokurczliwa owija się mocno, ale delikatnie wokół każdego konturu produktu, nie zniekształcając jego kształtu. Następnie dolna i górna folia są zgrzewane razem aż do krawędzi produktu, aby stworzyć bezpieczne i higieniczne opakowanie. W rezultacie otrzymujemy tacę o wysokiej próżni, która gwarantuje długi okres przydatności do spożycia z praktycznie niewidoczną górną folią, która otacza produkt jak druga skóra, nadając mu naturalny wygląd dla maksymalnej atrakcyjności handlowej z całkowitym uszczelnieniem powierzchni, które zapobiega migracji soku i utrzymuje dekoracje na powierzchni w bezpiecznym miejscu.
